    These Terms govern your use of the HairPlay Spa websites, ads, forms, texts and services. HairPlay Spa is operated by Blissfully You LLC. In these Terms, "HairPlay Spa," "we," "us," and "our" mean Blissfully You LLC doing business as HairPlay Spa.

    Overview

    HairPlay Spa is a luxury wellness studio in Oklahoma City offering Japanese head spa treatments, ASMR-inspired relaxation and custom facials. By booking an appointment, sending us one of our forms, or agreeing to our texts, you agree to these Terms.

    Text messages

    What we send. Our booking form asks two separate questions:

    • Visit texts: after your visit, we text to ask how it went and to ask for a review. These are not sales messages.
    • Offer texts: openings and special offers, only if you said yes.

    Appointment confirmations and reminders may also come from our booking system, Vagaro.

    The details. Texts come from (405) 796-8638. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may get texts sent by an automated system. Saying yes is not a condition of booking or buying anything, and you do not need texts to get our services. You must be 18 or older with a valid U.S. mobile number.

    Opt out and help. Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to stop. Text HELP or INFO for help, or contact admin@hairplayspa.co or (405) 494-0560. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Your number. By joining, you confirm the number is yours, you are allowed to receive texts on it, and you will tell us if it changes.

    Our ads and forms on Facebook and Instagram

    When you send us your details through one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, you agree that we may contact you by email about the offer you asked for. We text you only if you chose texts on that form.

    Offers and promotions

    Each offer shows its own terms next to it, and those terms come first. Unless an offer says otherwise:

    • It is for new guests only, one per guest.
    • It applies only to the qualifying service it names, booked through us.
    • Any code must be used by the date stated with the offer.
    • It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and cannot be combined with another offer, discount or membership price.
    • We may end or change an offer at any time. If you already booked with it, we honor it.

    Appointment policies

    By booking, you agree to the policies below. They are the same policies shown when you book with us on Vagaro.

    Appointment cancellation policy

    Not showing up for your appointment or cancelling in less than 48 hours of your appointment time results in a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment total. Payment is made by a non-refundable deposit. I understand that life happens and sometimes scheduling adjustments may be necessary, but when you no-show or cancel your appointment, I lose the opportunity to fill your spot and another client loses the opportunity to book an earlier time. Since your appointment time is booked solely for YOU, a cancellation fee will apply. Your appointment also starts at the time you booked it. In the event that you are late for your appointment, that time will be taken off of your service duration time. No-call, text, No-shows will not be allowed to rebook future appointments without a 100%, of service cost deposit paid at time of booking.

    Special instructions

    For our Head Spa clients, we offer a complimentary blow-dry bar OR you can book a professional blowout as an add-on to your service. All services are subject to availability. ASMR clients, please do not show up with wet or excessively oily hair. It inhibits our hands from smoothly running through your hair. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

    We may reschedule or change an appointment when needed to keep the quality of your service.

    Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration or in a court located in Oklahoma County, OK.

    Privacy

    Our Privacy Policy (https://www.hairplayspa.com/privacy) explains how we collect, use and protect your information, including text message opt-in data. It is part of these Terms.
