Welcome to HairPlay Spa — a luxury wellness studio specializing in Japanese head spa treatments, ASMR-inspired relaxation, and custom facial experiences. By providing your mobile number or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms of Service, including participation in our SMS communication program.

Program Description & Eligibility

Our SMS program keeps you connected with your spa experience — from appointment reminders and last-minute openings to post-treatment care and new seasonal rituals.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid U.S. mobile number to participate.

Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from HairPlay Spa at the number you provide. These may include:

Message Frequency & Fees

You may receive 1–4 messages per week depending on your appointments, spa events, and promotions. HairPlay Spa does not charge for these messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

User Responsibilities

By joining our SMS list, you confirm that:

• The number provided is yours and accurate
• You are authorized to receive messages on that device
• You will notify us if your number changes
• You understand message delivery may vary based on your carrier

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our communication program to:

• Send harmful or unlawful content
• Interfere with or disrupt our systems
• Impersonate HairPlay Spa or another individual
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All communications and services are provided "as is" and "as available." HairPlay Spa makes no warranties regarding uptime, message delivery, or availability of the SMS program.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in this program. Maximum total liability shall not exceed $100.

Appointment Policies

By booking an appointment, you agree to our spa's cancellation and rescheduling policies as stated on our booking page. Late arrivals may reduce service time.

HairPlay Spa reserves the right to reschedule or modify appointments when necessary to maintain service quality and client experience.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration or in a court located in Oklahoma County, OK.
